Broadway News Broadway’s Torch Song Will Benefit Actors Fund at January Performance Michael Urie stars in the Harvey Fierstein play, running through January 6 at the Hayes Theater.

The Broadway production of Torch Song will donate a block of “Producer’s Pick” tickets for the January 4, 2019, performance to benefit The Actors Fund, continuing a tradition of shows contributing their time and talents to the human services organization.

As previously reported, the production, which started Off-Broadway at Second Stage, will end its run at the Hayes Theater January 6, 2019, having played 26 previews and 77 regular performances. Following the Broadway run, star Michael Urie will reprise his performance as Arnold Beckoff in a national tour.

In addition to Urie, the cast of the Moisés Kaufman-directed production includes Mercedes Ruehl, Ward Horton, Roxanna Hope Radja, Michael Hsu Rosen, and Jack DiFalco.
