News Broadway Celebrates 100 Years of National Yiddish Theatre Tonight 54 Below celebrates the 100th anniversary of the National Yiddish Theatre Folksbiene with the tribute concert Another Hundred Years on Aug. 5, featuring a cast of Broadway performers and celebrating the influence Yiddish and Jewish culture has had on The Great White Way.

The one-night-only performance is part of KulturfestNYC’s Encore Series, featuring a Broadway cast that includes Loni Ackerman (Evita), Russell Fischer (Jersey Boys), Garth Kravits (The Drowsy Chaperone), Sean McDermott (Falsettos), Ashley Moniz (Sister Act), Maddy Trumble (Newsies), Alan Wiggins (Beautiful: The Carole King Musical), Amos Wolff (Gigi) and more.

Featuring the music of Irving Berlin, Stephen Sondheim, Jason Robert Brown and more, Another Hundred Years blends a multi-media spectacle with popular show tunes from operettas to contemporary musical theatre, celebrating the lasting influence Jewish culture has had on Broadway. 

Another Hundred Years is conceived and produced by Chris Massimine, KulturfestNYC’s executive producer and NYTF’s COO; Jamibeth Margolis; and Megan Minutillo. Minutillo also directs, and Ben Krauss provides music direction.
