The Broadway Advocacy Coalition presents "A Night of Artivism" June 26 at The Robert W. Wilson MCC Theater Space. The evening of one act plays celebrates the work of BAC's third annual cohort of the BAC Artivism Fellowship.

This year’s Artivism Fellows, Camille Thomas and UGBA, will present staged readings of their world-premiere plays as part of the evening. 

Thomas' play, What We Deserve, will feature Tessa Allen, Zakiyah Ansari, Thomas Walter Booker (On Sugarland), Jalen Couch, Neil Dawson, Maleek Rae, and Camille Thomas, with direction by Playwrights Horizons Directing Fellow Raecine Singletary. 

UGBA's play, MULTI: A Play to Encourage Revolt, will feature Kai Almeda, Felicia Cade, Paige Gilbert (The Skin of Our Teeth), Tyler Johnson, Zhailon Levingston (Chicken & Biscuits), Javon Minter, Eboneé Noel, Adrian Smith, Jay St. Flono, and UGBA, with direction by Zhailon Levingston (Chicken and Biscuits).

Admission for the event will be "pay what you can," with a suggested donation of $10. The evening will begin at 6:30 PM. The evening is sponored by Disney Theatrical Group. MCC Theater serves as partner.
