News Barbra Streisand Makes Billboard History with "Partners" Album With the release of "Partners," Barbra Streisand has become the first artist to have a No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart in each of the last six decades, reports. The duets recording also marks Streisand's 10th No. 1 album.

"Partners," which features an all-male lineup of guest performers, including Billy Joel, Michael Bublé, Stevie Wonder, the late Elvis Presley and her son, Jason Gould, was released Sept. 16 by Columbia Records. The album debuted at No. 1, selling 196,000 copies and taking in more than any other album released by a female in 2014.

Streisand's first No. 1 album was "People" in 1964. The multi-award-winning artist ties with Elvis Presley and Bruce Springsteen for the third-most No. 1 releases. The Beatles lead with 19 No. 1 albums, trailed by Jay Z, who has had 13.

Streisand still holds the record for most No. 1 albums among female artists.

"Partners" also features Andrea Bocelli, Babyface, John Legend, John Mayer, Lionel Richie and Blake Shelton.
