Feinstein’s/54 Below, the 134-seat supper club located below Studio 54, will boast these events of interest to theatre folk the week of April 27–May 4.

April 27-28: Ryan Raftery Is The Most Powerful Woman in Fashion Raftery performs the score of his musical based on the life of Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour. 7 PM

April 27: Soulpepper Theatre Company: A Canadian Cabaret Founding Artistic Director Albert Schultz joins Mike Ross, Jackie Richardson, and others for an evening of story and song, including selections from the Canadian songbook and contemporary numbers. 9:30 PM

April 27: Miss Vodka Stinger and The Martha Rayes Latest in the club’s series of late-night drag performances. 11:30 PM Click here for details.

April 28: Barn Theatre—A Celebration Concert to mark the 70th anniversary of one of the nation’s oldest still-operating summer stock theatres, located in Connecticut. 9:30 PM

April 28 and June 23: Friends the Musical in Concert: I Was There for You Original musical parody of the long-running TV series Friends, featuring Rachel Goddard as Rachel, Nathan Goodrich as Chandler, Rachel Lind as Monica, Michael Pigliavento as Joey, Emily Kay Shrader as Phoebe, and Jordan Weagraff as Ross. 11:30 PM

April 30: Sondheim Unplugged This revue of Stephen Sondheim songs has been seen at various venues around New York since 2010. Special guests scheduled for the March 26 show: Sarah Rice, Liz Keifer-Convertino, Marquee Five, Eric Michael Gillett, Jacob Hoffman, Rob Maitner, Scott Mendelsohn, Lisa Sabin, Tally Sessions, Linda Milne Speziale, and Erica Spyres. 7 PM

April 30: Arielle Jacobs: A Leap in the Dark Veteran of In the Heights, Wicked, and the Australian company of Aladdin tells the story of her life using the music of Sara Bareilles and Whitney Houston, and songs from many of her favorite roles. 9:30 PM

May 1: The Untold Stories of Broadway Author Jennifer Ashley Tepper reveals backstage tales and stories from her recently published third book. Steven Baruch and Richard Frankle are special guests. A Club 54 Member Event. 6:45 PM

May 1: Lisa Jason: Another Hundred People “Having relocated to NYC in the midst of a divorce, Jason is trying to get to Broadway through acting/voice/dance/improv classes, building a business, creating one woman shows, networking and meeting lots of people while living alone in a one bedroom apartment in the Village amidst daily hot flashes.” 9:30 PM

May 2: Nick & Nora Reunion Concert Original cast members of the short-lived 1991 musical gather for a concert version of the score by Charles Strouse and Richard Maltby Jr. Performers include original stars Joanna Gleason and Barry Bostwick, plus cast members Christine Pedi, Chris Sarandon, Cady Huffman, Lianne Marie Dobbs, and others. May 3: Kim Maresca The actor who co-starred Off-Broadway in a revival of Ruthless! makes her solo concert debut. 9:30 PM

May 4: The Songs of Lewis Flynn The award winning composer of the musical Lysistrata Jones will host an evening of his songs performed by Patti Murin, Nat Nejat, Katie Boren, Andrew Rannells, Santino Fontana, Ashley Park, Alysha Umphress, and Nick Bailey. Two concerts, at 7 and 9:30 PM

Named for co-owner Michael Feinstein and Studio 54, the one-time disco and current Broadway theatre in whose basement the club is located, Feinstein’s/54 Below is located at 254 West 54th Street in Manhattan.

Feinstein’s/54 Below guests Christine Pedi and Santino Fontana have been special guest performers on several of Playbill’s Broadway on the High Seas cruises. Playbill’s inaugural river cruise along the Rhône River May 21–28 is sold out, but cabins are available for the Rhine River cruise in August 2017, featuring Seth Rudetsky, Andréa Burns, Faith Prince, Terrence Mann, Charlotte d’Amboise, and Santino Fontana.
