In rehearsal for their March 19 Café Carlyle gig, titled Radiohead: Obsessed, Lena Hall and fellow Hedwig alum Michael C. Hall mashed up “Thinking About You” and “High and Dry,” two of the songs that help define the career of the group fronted by Thom Yorke.
