Reeve Carney will return to New York cabaret venue The Green Room 42 for two shows in the coming months. The stage and screen alum will highlight the original songs from his album Youth is Wasted February 24, and he will celebrate the music of Queen March 3. Both shows are at 9:30 PM.
Carney made his Broadway debut in 2011 creating the role of Peter Parker/Spider-Man in Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark. On TV, Carney was Dorian Gray in Showtime's Penny Dreadful and Riff Raff in Fox's Rocky Horror Picture Show remake. He is expected to return to Broadway this spring in Hadestown, which begins performances March 22. Carney has previously played Orpheus in the Anaïs Mitchell musical in its Canadian and London engagements. He is also set to play the late singer-songwriter Jeff Buckley in an upcoming biopic.
Both of the Green Room 42 shows carry a $30-75 cover charge with no food or drink minimum. For tickets, visit TheGreenRoom42.com.
