Moo With Me, Solo Show About an Actor-Photographer's Obsession with Idina Menzel, Set to Return to NYC | Playbill

Playbill Universe Moo With Me, Solo Show About an Actor-Photographer's Obsession with Idina Menzel, Set to Return to NYC Directed by Disaster's Max Crumm and starring Michael Kushner, the encore engagement is set for April 29.

Following a sold out run earlier this year, Michael Kushner's Moo With Me returns to NYC cabaret venue The Green Room 42 April 29. The evening is directed by Max Crumm, veteran of Broadway's Disaster! and Grease.

Moo With Me centers on Kushner's obsession with Wicked and Rent star Idina Menzel, from the first time he heard the Tony winner's performance on the Wicked cast album to the moment he got to photograph her professionally.

The solo show stars and is written by Kushner, whose credits include On the Town and Much Ado About Nothing at Barrington Stage, Balloon Boy at NYMF, and Toxic If Swallowed at Ars Nova. Kushner is a founding member of Musical Theatre Factory, a volunteer-driven nonprofit artist service organization dedicated to helping musical theatre makers develop and present new work, headed by Founding Artistic Director Shakina Nayfack.

Kushner is also an accomplished photographer and is the creator of The Dressing Room Project, which captures Broadway actors preparing for their performances.
