DESCRIPTION

Looking for teaching artists to lead workshop style camps for age groups 4-6, 7-10, and 11-16 in week long camps all summer long. These camps are technique focused, ensuring students leave equipped with skills to be a performer. Teaching artists must be comfortable working with a wide range of ages, and have the ability to shape lesson plans according to a given theme.

Qualifications include:

Currently studying, or have studied performing arts at a college or university, or equivalent experience.
Experience teaching in a classroom or camp setting.
Ability to work well with others.
Ability to communicate clearly with both parents, students, and co-teachers.
Self-motivator.
High energy-- it's camp after all.
Ability to adapt and problem solve.

Free housing available if needed. $300 / week, hours shift slightly depending on the week but primarily M-F 8:30am-4:30pm
