About the Role 

TodayTix is looking for seasonal ticketing purchasers to support our New York Ticketing Operations team. The roles will report to Operations Manager, Procurement. 

  • Job Details:

    IMPORTANT NOTE: This job will require work on weekends and holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, & New Year’s Day. 
  • The rate of pay is $15 / hr and team members will work 20-29 hours per week.
  • This is a temporary position through January 2, 2022.

  • About the Job

    Purchase, confirm, and deliver e-tickets in our proprietary inventory management system.
  • Run reports to coordinate the organization and delivery of tickets.
  • Maintain and utilize organizational methods to sustain ticket volume.
  • Complete nightly checks to ensure accuracy for next day ticket distribution.
  • Complete daily checks to ensure accuracy for same-day ticket distribution.
  • Collaborate with Guest Services to assist with any showtime questions.

  • About You

    Access to your own computer and mobile device
  • Previous Box Office, Ticketing, or Theatre Administration experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Drive. 
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment.
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
