Production Stage Manager/Tour Manager (2025) - iLuminate National Tour

iLuminate is a company that fuses technology and art in live entertainment (www.iLuminate.com). We are currently seeking an experienced Production Stage Manager to join our team on iLuminate’s upcoming 2025 National Tour.

Key Dates
Training will begin in Las Vegas - TBD
Technical Rehearsals – March 19 – March 28 (exact dates TBD)
First (2025) tour date: March 28, 2025
Last (2025) tour date: May 12, 2025

The tour will include up to a 6-show week schedule on tour. Bus travel; with single occupancy hotel accommodations as schedule allows. Occasional flights as necessary.

Candidates must be based in the Las Vegas area to be considered - will be hired as Las Vegas locals.

Opportunity for future touring dates with iLuminate if a fit, as well as work as Swing PSM on our Vegas based residency at The STRAT.

Responsibilities on tour include but are not limited to:
* Advancing the show to upcoming touring venues
* Representative to venue staff
* Load in, load out
* Running/calling the show
* Managing and creating schedules for full time cast members and swings
* Working with the General Manager, Company Manager, Dance Captain and Assistant Director in maintaining the show as directed
* Helping coordinate PR events, photoshoots, and social media as needed.
* Overall management of iLuminate Cast and Crew while keeping morale in a positive and focused position.


Requirements include:
* Previous touring experience as a PSM/Tour Manager
* Preferred knowledge of dance and dancer’s health
* A willingness to grow and learn; iLuminate is unlike most traditional theatrical endeavors
* Strong teamwork capabilities
* Previous experience in a multicultural group environment is a plus
* Ability to change and adapt at a moment’s notice
* Driver's License
* Valid Passport
* Strong communication skills
* Organization
* Preferred knowledge of Company and General Management
* Creative / Problem solver
* Quick thinker
* Leadership experience

Salary: $1,850/week (Inclusive of Per-Diem while on tour)
