DESCRIPTION

Theater 2020, the Brooklyn Heights/Downtown Brooklyn professional theater company, Judith Jarosz and David Fuller Producing Artistic Directors, seeks a PSM and an ASM for its upcoming Equity Showcase-NYC production of COMPANY, music & lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, book by George Furth. This piano only version will rehearse at ART/NY South Oxford Spaces, 138 South Oxford Street, Brooklyn, and performances will be at The Mark O’Donnell Theater, 160 Schermerhorn Street, Downtown Brooklyn. David Fuller is directing, Judith Jarosz is choreographer, Mitchell Brownell is Music Director/Pianist.

First Rehearsal Monday, March 10, 2025. Rehearsals are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 6:30PM-10PM, Saturday and Sunday 1:30PM-7PM, except 3/22 & 3/23 6:30PM-10PM. Tuesdays are the DAY OFF except Monday is off opening week. Rehearsals at ART/NY South Oxford Space through Friday, April 11; Tech rehearsals at the Mark O'Donnell Theater, Saturday & Sunday, April 12 & 13, NOON-10PM; Dress Rehearsals Tuesday & Wednesday April 15 & 16. Opening Thursday, April 17. 16 performances, Thursday-Saturday at 7:00PM, Sunday at 3PM. Closing Sunday, May 11, 2025.

Theater 2020 was founded in 2010 and is an established, professional, upbeat company that embraces diversity. This gig will be great work experience & resume credit. Fee is per AEA Showcase-NYC guidelines.
