Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater seeks an experienced, customer service oriented box office professional to join our team this summer.  The Patron Services Manager oversees box office and front-of-house operations for both the 2021 Outdoor Stage and the Larry Phillips Performance Pavilion.  This full-time seasonal position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to balance shifting priorities during a dynamic and event filled summer season.  Evening and weekend availability required.



 

Working in collaboration with the Managing Director, the Patron Services Manager is responsible for all patron and subscriber ticketing, box office and concessions sales reporting, box office and front-of house staffing, and volunteer scheduling.

 

Requirements: 1-3 years box office or comparable retail experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
Experience with computerized ticketing and the performing arts preferred

 

Start Date: May 24, 2021

Planned End Date: Mid September, 2021

Housing possible if needed
