Our client, a Midtown based financial services firm, is seeking a Part Time Office Services Coordinator to assist with the day to day running of their offices. Please note, this role requires regular heavy lifting.
This position would begin August 1st for a short term project, and then on a regular, bi-weekly basis starting after Labor Day. The hours are 8-1pm, Monday through Friday, Bi- Weekly.
-Open and distribute mail, newspapers, etc
-Assist receptionist as needed
-Ensure cleaned, neat and stocked copy rooms, kitchen areas, and conference rooms
-Unpacking and movement of supply boxes
-Arrange/rearrange furniture and desk space
-Ad hoc projects as needed
-Ability to life 50+ lbs
-Positive attitude and professionalism
-Ideally 1+ years of in office work experience
