TBD Theatricals, owned by Tony Award-winning producer Hunter Arnold, is a New York-based performing arts Production Company currently represented on Broadway by HadestownMoulin Rouge, TinaDear Evan Hansen, and Little Shop of Horrors Off-Broadway. Upcoming shows include, Chicken & BiscuitsMrs. DoubtfireThoughts of a Colored ManDianaCompanyCaroline, or Change, and Plaza Suite. TBD Theatricals strives to create an equitable, diverse, and inclusive home and seeks to expand the realm of what is possible in the theater world by bringing unique, engaging and emotional productions to the commercial stage. TBD Theatricals shares its office and collaborates closely with two of Arnold's other ventures, Broadway Strategic Return Fund and TBD Creative.  Broadway Strategic Return Fund is the only professionally managed, data driven fund focused on the theatrical and performing arts industry. Since its inception in 2016, BSRF has invested in over 90 productions across Broadway, West End, Tours, and International productions around the world.   TBD Creative is a full-service video production company whose mission is to deliver a cinematic experience, regardless of the project's size. With the in-house experience to handle every step of the production process, they ensure that there is both creative continuity and economic efficiency so that every dollar spent ends up on screen.

The Officer Manager will report directly to the Managing Producer and will work alongside the Business Administrator.  The Officer Manager will be responsible for all human resources for the company.   The Office Manager will be responsible for managing human resources and making sure the office is a functional space for all the companies it houses.


·      Manage employee benefit program offerings and their administration

·      Handle all insurance renewals and claims, including General Liability and Workers Comp

·      Answer telephone calls and emails and directing them to relevant staff

·      Organize maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order

·      Organize and schedule meetings and appointments as necessary

·      Oversee employee and intern on-boarding

·      Manage office organization and supply ordering

·      Collaborate on the creation of staff policies, administering communication of those policies across staff


The successful candidate will have: 

·      Strong knowledge of New York and Federal Labor Laws

·      Experience with Google Suite is preferred

·      Strong written and verbal communication skills 

·      Organized and able to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks

·      Flexibility to help them adjust to new tasks should company or office needs change

·      Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to interact positively with all employees

·      Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly


·      Salary: $40,000-$55,000 commensurate with experience
