Searching for crew members for upcoming National Tour.

The duties of the Props/Tech Swing shall include but not be limited to tracking, maintaining, and

repairing all the properties used in the Play during load-in, tech, previews, and performances; consulting

with production manager, stage manager, props designer, creative director, and general manager to

maintain, adjust, purchase, and fabricate props as needed; coordinating and working load in and load

out with local crews; running the props track during the run of the show; and other related duties as

necessary. Props/Tech Swing shall also serve as an assistant carpenter, aiding the head carpenter during

load in, run of show, and strike. Props/Tech Swing shall be responsible for updating and creating

paperwork documentation of the Play according to the specifications of the Production Manager.

Props/Tech Swing shall work with Company Management, Department Crew Heads, and Touring

Production Manager to facilitate load in and load out of each venue. Props/Tech Swing may also be

asked to assist other technical departments as necessary during load-ins, load-outs, and run of show

after they have completed their primary Props/Carpentry responsibilities. Props/Tech Swing shall attend

appropriate technical rehearsals, previews, and production meetings. Props/Tech Swing shall render

services in person, and shall fulfill all the duties of a Props/Tech Swing as the term is commonly

understood in the theatrical touring community.
