DESCRIPTION

TRUFFLES MYSTERY is now back and re-imagined as a new, “immersive” murder-mystery dinner party experience. We are currently hiring our actors for the Fall & Winter Season (and into 2024) to bring this new experience to life!

Looking for the following:
* Highly skilled in improv & comedic performances
* Comfortable being out and about with the audience
* Must be able to think quickly on your feet with wit and charm

The beloved characters from the zany off-broadway musical, that ran from 2014-2020, will be coming back to life…and the “audience” will be playing them! Each audience member will have a role and a story to tell, and the actors will guide the night along.

*A Plus:

If you are skilled in Board Games, being a Game Master, and/or have participated in “gaming” nights with friends and family that will be a plus for hire! Please tell us about some of your favorite games and gaming nights.

TO SUBMIT:

Schedule:

We are looking for actors who can work Fri & Saturday nights, plus a few weeknights as needed for private events.
Venue locations in NYC & New Jersey...it is a plus if you can do all 3 locations, however if you are only taking gigs in NY or NJ...we can work around that.

(New Jersey venues are accessible by NJ Transit, an estimated 40 minutes ride from the city.)

AUDITIONS:

1st Round: After submission, we will review your links and resume and if chosen we will send a description of 2-3 improv concepts for you to film and send back to us by email.

Call-Backs: Call-backs will be in person in NYC (possibly an option for New Jersey as well)
To be scheduled between the dates of Sept 24th-28th


Rehearsals:
2 rehearsals before opening- Sept 28th & 29th (Paid)

EVENT PAY: $150/ show

Estimated 1-4 shows per week (will vary)

ADDITIONAL: Private Event Bookings for Nov & Dec
