Join me for these online classes in July!

• Master Monologues — three groups, starting July 6, 7, and 8
• Fearless Cold Reading — starts July 11

**Tuition for all classes has been dropped to $250 through the summer**

KAREN KOHLHAAS is an Atlantic Theater Company founding ensemble member, Off-Broadway director, and Atlantic senior teacher with over 30 years in the classroom. She was named Best NYC Cold Reading Teacher and Best NYC Monologue Teacher by Backstage readers. Her book The Monologue Audition is recommended by Dame Helen Mirren in her Master Class on acting and is used by actors, teachers, and universities around the US and all over the world.

You will learn to
• Assess any script quickly for style/tone, bold choices, stakes, and key moments
• Work with truth and connection with any reader
• Manage your frame: use your on-camera window to your advantage
• Have fun and be adventurous vs. trying to get it right
• Handle all the non-acting moments (your slate, chit-chat) with confidence and ease
• Take direction easily
• Prioritize how to handle your prep time - from 2 minutes to 2 weeks
