About Clara & Carmilla: Clara & Carmilla is an unapologetically queer gothic tale for the modern day. An exploration of mental health through the vampire mythos, the show explores self acceptance, mental health, and community. It follows Clara, who discovers the Irish vampire novel "Carmilla", and finds herself falling deeper and deeper until the story until - one day, Carmilla actually appears.
