DESCRIPTION

Palace Lighting and Sound, a subsidiary of the Palace Theatres, is currently seeking an experienced salesperson to fill the role of A/V/L Rental Coordinator. Experience in A/V/L would be strongly preferred, but is not required for the role.

Job Responsibilities:

-Learn about our rental inventory, and become familiar with our rental management software

-Generate job leads, cultivate client relationships, and grow our network of potential customers

-Collaborate with Rental Technician to progress job leads through the process

(leads > quotes > contract > event > invoicing > completion)

-Make recommendations (along with Rental Technician) for additions/subtractions from rental inventory based on demand/need

Qualifications:

-Significant experience networking, generating contact lists and leads preferred

-Experience with a Rental Management Software (RMS) preferred

-Understanding of equipment depreciation concepts

-Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Google Suite

-Experience with A/V equipment, or willingness to learn as we go

-Valid Driver’s License required, ability to drive a box truck (up to 26’) preferred

Pay - $700/week (full time) + 8% commission on all gross proceeds
