The cast also features Jason Ritter, whose numerous TV and theatre credits include "Girls" and "Parenthood" along with Arliss Howard (Joe Turner's Come and Gone), Nate Dendy (The Fantasticks), Henry Kelemen (Our New Girl) and Dereks Thomas.

In The Shawl, a bereaved woman consults a medium for help with her grief, but are his true motives to guide her, or help himself? In Prairie du Chien, a friendly card game becomes the trigger for a moment of menace, set in a railroad car, late on a Wisconsin night.

Director Zigler, an Atlantic Theater founding member, returns to Mamet's work following his Broadway production of The Old Neighborhood, which opened on Broadway in November 1997, garnering critical acclaim and playing through May 1998. His other credits include Mamet's The Woods, The Cherry Orchard, and David Ives' Sure Thing.

Ghost Stories: The Shawl and Prairie du Chien features scenic design by Lauren Helpern, costume design by Linda Cho and lighting design by Jeff Croiter.
