Tony winner Kelli O'Hara will play a concert evening at North Carolina's Bradshaw Performing Arts Center March 31, 2023, part of the venue's recently announced 2022-23 season. O'Hara's evening will close out the season.

Bradshaw's season will open with stage favorite Klea Blackhurst, who will bring her Everything the Traffic Will Allow: The Songs and Sass of Ethel Merman to the venue September 29. Blackhurst does not embody the Broadway icon in the show, but rather puts her own spin on Merman's repertoire and life story in the solo show.

“When I began working as BPAC’s executive director in March 2022, one of my top priorities has been establishing a headliner series,” says Morgan Sills in a statement. “As a Sandhills-area native, it’s so fulfilling to see this series become a reality. Pinehurst is exploding as a tourist destination, and this range of talent will offer top-quality entertainment to both locals and visitors. BPAC has something for everyone. Several of these artists are also teaching master classes, offering an unprecedented learning opportunity for our students and the Sandhills community. Now both residents and tourists no longer have to travel to a large city or another county to see professional programming. It’s all right here at BPAC.”

Also planned for the season are Charo October 21, standup comedian Joe DeVito January 28, 2023; and The Four Freshmen March 3, 2023. Tickets and more information are at SandillsBPAC.com.
