MCC's Miscast 2022 has announced Lea Michele, Audra McDonald, Shoshana Bean, and more to join for the in-person gala at Hammerstein Ballroom April 4, honoring Emmy and Tony winner Christine Baranski, MCC Board Chair Susan Raanan, and MCC Youth Company Alum Alexander Lambie. 

The event, which features stage and screen stars performing songs from roles in which they wouldn't traditionally be cast, will be filmed for a special broadcast, set to stream May 22 at 7 PM ET.

Other newly announced performers include Tony winners Andrea Martin and Kelli O'Hara, and Myles Frost, J. Harrison Ghee, and Steven Pasquale. 

The gala previously announced a line-up consisting of Emmy Award winner Uzo Aduba (Godspell), Tony Award nominee Raúl Esparza (Leap of Faith), Tony Award nominee Joshua Henry (tick, tick...BOOM!), Tony Award winner Anika Noni Rose (A Raisin in the Sun, Caroline, or Change), Tony Award nominee Jennifer Simard (Company), Skye Dakota Turner (Tina: The Tina Turner Musical), and Tony Award winner Aaron Tveit (Moulin Rouge!). 

Pretty Woman's Will Van Dyke serves as musical director.
