Broadway News Alison Luff and Matt Magnusson Perform a Tribute to Escape to Margaritaville The two actors perform an original song to honor the recently closed production.

Escape to Margaritaville star Alison Luff and husband Matt Magnusson (known collectively as The Bones) recently shared a performance of their original song "Island Song (Escape With Me)" as a tribute to the Jimmy Buffett musical. Watch the performance, filmed on the stage of the Marquis Theatre, above.

In the show, Luff played Rachel, a scientist who forms an unlikely relationship with Tully, a carefree island bartender. She is also known for her work on Broadway in Matilda and Les Misérables, as well as the national tour of Wicked.

Escape to Margaritaville, which weaved Buffett's iconic catalog with a book by Greg Garcia and Mike O'Malley, played its final performance July 1.
