SEEKING: Sheila, Woof, Hud, and Tribe members
Sheila (early to mid 20s). Mezzo with rich alto register. Sheila is passionate, militant in her beliefs, but also sensitive and, at times, overly optimistic.
Woof (mid 20s). Tenor. Woof is one of the embodiments of the Tribe: tuned in, ready for what comes his way, and the essence of groovy.
Hud (early to mid 20s). baritone. Hud is strong, no-nonsense, and thoroughly embodies his culture as well as the counterculture.
Tribe: we're looking for members for the Tribe (Dionne, Ronny, Leata, etc.) to fill out a strongly musical, physical and multicultural cast. All ethnicites are encouraged to audition for this re-imagining of the classic version.
Rehearsals will take place in Hartford CT, with tech and run at the Palace in Stafford Springs, CT. Run is March 29-April 14.
