Playbill is immediately seeking for hire an Executive Assistant to perform administrative duties for the executive management: the CEO/President and Publisher.
Responsibilities include screening calls; mail management; managing calendars; scheduling appointments, reservations and meetings; making travel arrangements; assisting with event coordination; preparing financial/tax reports via Quicken; liaising with accountants, bankers and vendor managers; bank accounts management including transferring funds and deposits; organizing and maintaining files; preparing and paying invoices and billing; facilitating ticket requests; processing expense reports; proofreading documents; and any projects and tasks as assigned.
This EA will be interacting with the CEO’s family and constituents. EA will perform personal work and assist the CEO with his day-to-day. The candidate must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, professional and friendly with a “can-do” attitude.
Start date ASAP.
4- year College Degree
5 years experience assisting C-level executives
Proficient with Microsoft Office/Suite- Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Excellent phone manner and customer service
Knowledge of Quicken
