EMERGENCY REPLACEMENT for Reed Doubler: Clarinet/Oboe/English Horn for Sound of Music at Northern Stage
Northern Stage, a LORT-D Regional theater in White River Junction, VT, seeks an EMERGENCY REPLACEMENT experienced Reed Doubler during its production of The Sound of Music, directed by Maggie Burrows with music direction by Kevin Anthony Smith. First rehearsal 12/16 and first performance 12/17. The show runs through January 5. Seeking a musician proficient with clarinet, oboe and English horn. Responsibilities include condensing scores, playing dance rehearsals & run-thrus and techs as needed, and playing up to 8 performances a week. Compensation is $550 a week plus travel and housing.
