Location: Remote or NYC Local

We are seeking an Digital Learning Specialist to join the Education team for PatronManager, a CRM system that combines box office ticketing, fundraising, marketing, and staff collaboration, built entirely on the cloud-based Salesforce platform. The Education team collaborates with members of the Implementation, Client Administration, Sales, and Product Development teams, with the objective of making the use of the PatronManager system clearer and easier.  

The ideal candidate for this position will have exceptional communication and writing skills, along with a strong attention to detail and work ethic. They must be able to communicate with appropriate understanding of the intended audience, and be comfortable employing clear and concise instruction. This role requires autonomy and initiative, and would best suit a candidate who thrives in an independent work environment with some guidance. The Digital Learning Specialist must be flexible and able to shift priorities based on overall team goals.

This role will also involve assisting the Education team with various other projects such as, but not limited to: documentation writing, staff training, and involvement with the annual PatronManager Community Meeting.  Some travel may be requested according to client onsite training demands.

  • Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee webinars and online learning initiatives

  • Develop and maintain webinar content

  • Manage hosts and moderators on a monthly basis

  • Work with marketing to promote webinar series monthly

  • Seek opportunities for enhanced webinar content

  • Document webinar best practices and coach staff for best delivery

  • Gather and analyze webinar feedback from clients

  • Develop video content to enhance documentation

  • Create mini-videos to embed into documentation for visual learners

  • Update current videos as needed

  • Create more video offerings in the 5-15 minute length (non-webinar)

  • Work with the Documentation writers to develop enhancements to documentation currently offered to clients and internal staff

  • Look for opportunities to add video content for clarity

  • Write documentation as relevant to assigned projects

  • Assist Education team with new-staff training

  • Assist Education team with client training (remote and on-site as needed)

  • Assist in the content and delivery of sessions at the annual PatronManager Community Meeting

How success in this role is measured:
  • Become a PM Certified Admin

  • SF Administrator certified

  • Peer observation and reviews suggesting areas in which you accell, and areas in need of improvement.

  • Tangible results for content added to Help articles and increased webinar participation by clients.

Other details:

This is a salaried, full-time position; compensation includes health insurance, 401K and paid vacation benefits.

While we’re based in New York City, our general staff is 50/50 onsite and remote.  In fact, the Education team is currently almost all remote. So, if you’re the right person, your location doesn’t matter.
