"She's one of the best fitness instructors I've seen in NYC... I had a lot of fun and I was able to remind myself of what is really fun about theater... It's actually something affordable which is so hard to find in the city."

"I felt alive. I felt in tune and connected with my body. My mind felt clear immediately after."

"I've always had a rocky relationship with being physical in any way. This class really made it okay for me to be physical… Not over-pushed or pressured. I left feeling like my body works."

I'm incredibly excited to discover how SPARK may support this hustling community of NYC artists. I grew up training intensely in classical ballet and danced professionally for several years before entering college. Since then, I've spent years exploring just about every kind of fitness class I could find. Yoga, HIIT, barre, lifting, running, spinning, silking, and the list goes on! I gained valuable insight from these experiences about what approaches and environments seems to best supplement my life as an actor and teacher.
