The West End engagement of the musical juggernaut Hamilton officially opened December 21 at London’s Victoria Palace Theatre.
Taking center stage for the first production outside the U.S. are Jamael Westman and Giles Terera as Alexander Hamilton and Aaron Burr, respectively. Joining them for the London bow are Miss Saigon’s Rachelle Ann Go, Rachel John, Christine Allado, Obioma Ugoala, Olivier nominee Michael Jibson, Tarinn Callender, Jason Pennycooke, and Cleve September.

Rounding out the cast are ensemble members Aaron Lee Lambert, Sifiso Mazibuko, and Gabriel Mokake. The three join the previously announced Jade Albertsen, Curtis Angus, Jonathan Bishop, Courtney-Mae Briggs, Jack Butterworth, Jon-Scott Clark, Kelly Downing, Leslie Garcia Bowman, Lia Given, Gregory Haney, Leah Hill, Barney Hudson, Waylon Jacobs, Miriam-Teak Lee, Phoebe Liberty, Alexzandra Sarmiento, Marsha Songcome, Christopher Tendai, and Lindsey Tierney. Ash Hunter will play the title role at certain performances.
