Passersby near The Stonewall Inn June 6 were treated to a free performance by company members of Come From Away, on hand to celebrate World Pride in partnership with Sing for Hope.

Surrounded by pride flags on Christopher Square, Josh Breckenridge, Tony LaPage, Julie Reiber, Pearl Sun, Jim Walton, and Sharon Wheatley performed “Costume Party,” “Stop the World,” and “Me and the Sky.” Come From Away associate music director Chris Ranney accompanied the cast on the piano.

Sing for Hope has returned for the eighth year, bringing free public pianos to New York City's five boroughs, including a special Pride-themed one designed by Playbill.

The cast was there to "celebrate humanity, love, kindness, and Pride in a city full of come from aways," said Breckenridge in an introduction. Watch their performance below.
