Broadway vet Andy Mientus and The Voice finalist Cedric Neal sat down with London Live to discuss the upcoming production of Max Vernon’s The View UpStairs.

Mientus stars as Patrick in the show directed by Jonathan O'Boyle, with Neal portraying Willie. In the interview embedded below, the co-stars discuss the show’s impact on the LGBTQ+ community

Joining Mientus and Neal are Tyler Huntley (The Book of Mormon) as Wes, originally portrayed by Jeremy Pope when the show premiered Off-Broadway.

Declan Bennett (EastEnders), Victoria Hamilton-Barritt (The Wild Party), Carly Mercedes Dyer (Hadestown), Derek Hagen (The Twilight Zone), Gary Lee (Flashdance), John Partridge (Cats), and Joseph Prouse (Hadestown) round out the cast.

The View UpStairs begins performances July 18 and is set to run through August 24.
