International News U.K. Touring Cast of The Comedy About a Bank Robbery to Take Over West End Run The Olivier-nominated comedy from the creators of The Play What Goes Wrong is now in its third year at the Criterion Theatre.

The U.K. touring cast of The Comedy About a Bank Robbery will step into the West End production June 25, replacing the current London cast at the Criterion Theatre.

New cast members include Sean Carey (Sam Monaghan), David Coomber (Neil Cooper), Julia Frith (Caprice Freeboys), George Hannigan (Everyone Else) Liam Jeavons (Mitch Ruscitti), Damian Lynch (Robin Freeboys), Killian Macardle (Officer Randal Chuck), Jon Trenchard (Warren Slax), and Ashley Tucker (Ruth Monaghan), along with understudies Julie Cullen, Charlotte Duffy, Tom Hopcroft, Ross Virgo, and Eddy Westbury.

Created by Mischief Theatre, the company behind the long-running hit The Play What Goes Wrong (which continues its New York run at New World Stages Off-Broadway), The Comedy About a Bank Robbery opened at the Criterion January 5, 2017.

The play is written by Henry Lewis, Jonathan Sayer, and Henry Shields. Mark Bell directs with Nancy Zamit.
