Two-time Tony winner Christian Borle, most recently on Broadway in the revival of Falsettos, has landed a role in the new ABC romantic drama pilot Until the Wedding, according to Deadline. The actor, who will be a series regular, will co-star with Olivia Thirlby and E.J. Bonilla.

The new series, based on the Israeli program of the same title, is penned by Smash writer Becky Mode and follows the effects a couple's decision to get married has on their family and friends.

Borle, who won his Tonys for his performances in Something Rotten! and Peter and the Starcatcher, has been cast as Thirlby's accomplished brother, a stay-at-home dad.
