Time Warner Foundation has welcomed nine new theatre grantees from across the country.

The new organizations to join the Foundation’s existing partnerships are: Berkeley Repertory Theatre (Berkeley, CA), Center Theatre Group (Los Angeles, CA), Eugene O’Neill Theater Center (Waterford, CT), Latino Theater Company (Los Angeles, CA), Oregon Shakespeare Festival (Ashland, OR), Steppenwolf Theatre Company (Chicago, IL), The Lark (NY) in partnership with The Apothetae (New York, NY), and Yale Repertory Theatre (New Haven, CT).

Aligning with the Foundation’s mission, the new grantees have shown their growing commitment to access, inclusion, and greater representation on and off stage. “These organizations represent our most geographically diverse cohort and we are so proud to support the important work they are doing for the theatre field,” said Time Warner Foundation president, Lisa Garcia Quiroz in a press statement. “These companies have been instrumental in shaping the artistic life of their communities and have contributed to the vibrant artistic ecology in the American theatre.”

Time Warner Foundation also announced the launch of Transforming the Artistic Landscape, a new video social media campaign that will highlight and reflect the work of the organization over the past ten years.
