Turns out, Quinto has had more audience interaction than he’s used to.
“It’s a very funny play so people have yelled things,” said Quinto. “It's not a great habit to get into.”
Quinto said that audience members are more comfortably vocal with their onions about the onstage drama. “This other moment when I say something to Jim’s character, where my line is ‘He's never loved anyone,’” Quinto recounted, “and someone in the audience goes, ‘Except himself!’ We're doing the play! We can hear you!
“You gotta learn to roll with things like that,” Quinto laughed, “and I think it's a testament to these incredible audiences who get swept up in the action.”
