About his time in Aladdin, Leung told Playbill earlier this week, “Being a part of this beautifully talented, diverse, dynamic company at The New Am has been pure joy for me. I want to thank Casey [Nicholaw] for the opportunity, and Tom [Schumacher] and Anne [Quart] at Disney for letting me lead this company these last two years. It’s been a privilege and an honor. I will miss all the Citizens of Agrabah, and I will definitely miss this beautiful show that gives such magic and happiness to 1,700 people a night. What a ride! A magic carpet ride I will never forget.”

Following his departure from the Disney musical, Leung will offer his latest concert evening, Sing Happy, March 16 at 7 PM at San Diego's Martini's Above Fourth and March 18 at 7:30 PM at Studio City's Vietello's. The eclectic evening of music and backstage stories takes a revealing look at the ups and downs of what it takes to be a professional singer, from joyful Broadway openings to a career-threatening event that almost ended it all.

The actor will also join the Memphis Symphony Orchestra for two performances of Beethoven and The Beatles in April. The 7:30 PM April 13 performance will be held in the Harris Concert Hall at the University of Memphis, and the 2:30 PM April 14 concert will be seen at Playhouse on the Square. Robert Moody is the conductor.
