Playwright and screenwriter Kenneth Lonergan, Tony winner Sutton Foster, and actor-playwright Jesse Eisenberg are among the artists who will appear at the 92Y in June.
Lonergan will appear June 3 at 7:30 PM to discuss the recent Broadway revival of The Waverly Gallery, nominated this season for Best Revival of a Play and Best Actress (Elaine May). The playwright and screenwriter of You Can Count on Me and Manchester by the Sea will also discuss how his work on screen has affected the way he sees theatre. Special guests will be announced.
Tony Award-winning Younger star Foster will be joined by series creator Darren Star and fellow cast members from the TV Land series June 5 at 7:30 PM. Peter Hermann, Miriam Shor, Molly Bernard, Charles Michael Davis, and Debi Mazar will be on hand for the panel discussion and special two-episode screening leading up to Younger’s season six premiere on June 12.

Social Network Oscar nominee Eisenberg, whose new play Happy Talk is currently running at the Signature Theatre Off-Broadway starring Susan Sarandon, will join Thane Rosenbaum for a conversation about his career as an actor, playwright, and novelist June 11 at 7:30 PM.
On June 17 at 7 PM, the 92Y Musical Theater Development Lab will present From The Mixed-up Files Of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler with music by Adam Ben-David, lyrics by Christyn Budzyna, and a book by Jessica Penzias. The free event features a 30-minute performance with an opportunity for the audience to share feedback and meet the artists afterwards. Megan Doyle will direct and choreograph.
