Backstage at the Broadhurst Theatre, Ramin Karimloo sheds his Russian soldier for a dapper opening night look.
Ramin Karimloo, known for his roles in the West End’s Love Never Dies and Broadway’s Les Misérables, returns to Broadway as Gleb in the Broadway stage musical debut of the Lynn Ahrens-Stephen Flaherty musical Anastasia. Gleb replaces Rasputin (from the 1997 cartoon) as the new antagonist, representing the political regime in 1927 post-revolution Bolshevik Russia. The new stage musical officially opened on Broadway April 24 at the Broadhurst Theatre.
