Renata Friedman (Zurich) and three-time Drama Desk Nominee Sarah Nina Hayon (Sweat) will star in the world premiere of Winter Miller's No One is Forgotten at Rattlestick Playwrights Theater this summer. Written and directed by Miller, the new play by the In Darfur playwright is a story about intimacy, surrender, and the will to live.

In No One is Forgotten, Lali and Beng are held captive. No one knows where they’ve been taken or if they’re alive. Or, maybe their story has been broadcast to the world?

As previously announced, the production will begin previews July 8 ahead of a July 12 opening. The limited engagement, which runs through July 27, is part of Rattlestick’s curated rental program.

The staging will feature set design by Meredith Ries, lighting design by Stacey DeRosier, and costume and props design by Rhys Roffey. Wednesday Sue Derrico will serve as production stage manager and production manager.

Miller is a founding member of the Obie-winning 13P collective. In addition to In Darfur, which debuted at The Public Theater and received an encore performance the Delacorte in Central Park, her plays include The Penetration Play (13P), Spare Rib, Look At Us, The Arrival, Conspicuous, and the musical Amandine.

No One is Forgotten has been developed at The Lark, Magic Theater, Salt Lake Acting Company, National New Play Network, New York Stage and Film, Unicorn Theatre, and LAByrinth. For more information, visit WinterMiller.com.
