Michael Luwoye, who recently concluded a stint in the title role of Hamilton on Broadway, will star in Bluff City Law, a legal drama pilot from NBC. He'll appear alongside Barry Sloane, Jimmy Smits, and Caitlin McGee, according to Deadline.

The series, from Dean Georgaris (The Brave) and Michael Aguilar, is set in an elite Memphis law firm that handles civil rights cases. Luwoye will play attorney Anthony Little.

In addition to Hamilton both on Broadway and on tour, Luwoye has appeared onstage in Invisible Thread Off-Broadway. His previous screen credits include The Gifted and Netflix's She's Gotta Have It.
