Los Angeles’ Geffen Playhouse continues its 2018–2019 season—the first under the leadership of Artistic Director Matt Shakman, with Tony winner Jefferson Mays’ adaptation of A Christmas Carol, in which he’ll perform a variety of parts (as he did on Broadway in A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder). Performances will run October 30–December 9.

The creative team includes scenic and costume design by Dane Laffrey, lighting design by Ben Stanton, sound designer by Joshua D. Reid, projection design by Lucy Mackinnon, production stage manager Ross Jackson, assistant stage manager Sue Karutz, and spectral visualization by Matt Wool.
