John Guare’s new play Nantucket Sleigh Ride officially opened Off-Broadway at Lincoln Center Theater’s Mitzi Newhouse Theater March 18.

Starring Tony and Emmy winner John Larroquette, Tony nominees Will Swenson and Douglas Sills, Clea Alsip, Tina Benko, Adam Chanler-Berat, Jordan Gelber, Germán Jaramillo, Grace Rex, and Stacey Sargeant, the production is directed by Tony winner Jerry Zaks.

Guare, best known for Six Degrees of Separation and Two Gentlemen of Verona, tells the story of a New York playwright-turned-venture capitalist trying to remember the events that occurred on an island three decades prior. His quest takes him on a wild ride.

The production marks the reunion of Guare, Zaks, and LCT, where previous collaborations The House of Blue Leaves and Six Degrees of Separation premiered.
