Comedian Colin Quinn celebrated the official opening of his new Off-Broadway show Colin Quinn: Red State Blue State at the Minetta Lane Theatre January 22. In the solo performance, the former Saturday Night Live comedian tackles the absurdities, hypocrisies, and calamities on both sides of the political divide.

Red State Blue State began previews January 5. The show is directed by Bobby Moresco and produced by Audible—which will record and release the piece as an audio play—along with Mike Lavoie, Carlee Briglia, and Brian Stern.
