Frozen star Patti Murin will join the lineup of talent for the February 25 fundraiser Broadway Belts for PFF!, which raises money to fight pulmonary fibrosis.
Also scheduled to perform Tony winner Lindsay Mendez, Tony nominees Ariana DeBose (Summer), Santino Fontana (Tootsie), Brad Oscar (Something Rotten!), and Mary Testa (Oklahoma!), as well as Robert Creighton (Cagney), Jenny LaRoche (Summer), and Julie Gold. Also appearing will be New York Yankees legend and Latin Grammy-nominee, Bernie Williams and his brother, Hiram Williams.
The event will take place at 5:30 PM. The event raises money for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, which aids in the fight against the disease that affects over 200,000 Americans annually. The benefit began as a tribute to the Associated Press theater critic, Michael Kuchwara, who died of pulmonary fibrosis in 2010. Every year since, Broadway stars have graced the stage, belting their favorite Broadway tunes in support.
Julie Halston, who will star alongside Fontana in Tootsie, will host this year's concert. For tickets and more information, visit BroadwayBeltsForPFF.org.
