Broadway News New Blocks of Tickets Now on Sale for Broadway’s Waitress and On Your Feet! Tickets for both musicals are now available through the new year.

Producers for Waitress and On Your Feet! have announced that new blocks of tickets have gone on sale for both Broadway musicals.

Tickets for Waitress, which plays the Brooks Atkinson Theatre, are available through January 21, 2018, while On Your Feet!, which plays the Marquis Theatre, has tickets on sale through January 14, 2018.

Waitress, as previously announced, will welcome composer Sara Bareilles, Chris Diamantopolous, and Will Swenson to the company March 31 in the roles of Jenna, Dr. Pomatter, and Earl, respectively. Drew Gehling and William Popp, who play the two male roles, will offer their final performances March 30. Jessie Mueller, who currently stars as Jenna, will play her final performance March 26.


Waitress opened April 24, 2016, at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre. Based upon the 2007 motion picture written by Adrienne Shelly, Waitress is the first Broadway musical in history to have four women in the four top creative team spots, with a book by Jessie Nelson, a score by six-time Grammy Award-nominated singer-songwriter Bareilles, choreography by Lorin Latarro, and direction by Tony Award-winner Diane Paulus.

The musical will begin its U.S. national tour at Cleveland’s Playhouse Square this October.

On Your Feet!, based on the life story of seven-time Grammy winner Gloria Estefan and her husband, 19-time Grammy-winning producer-musician-entrepreneur Emilio Estefan, officially opened November 5, 2015. The musical is directed by two-time Tony Award winner Jerry Mitchell and choreographed by Olivier Award winner Sergio Trujillo; it featuers a book by Academy Award winner Alexander Dinelaris. The cast is currently headed by Ana Villafañe as Gloria Estefan and Ektor Rivera as Emilio.

This fall, the Broadway musical will launch a 31-city first national tour, which is set to launch in the Estefans’ home city of Miami, Florida. The musical will play the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts from October 5–15 and continue to Los Angeles, Orlando, Houston, Dallas, Baltimore, and San Diego, among others.
