Broadway News New Block of Tickets to Broadway’s Harry Potter and the Cursed Child Released to Public February 8 Previews for the eagerly awaited production begin in March at the Lyric Theatre.

The latest block of tickets for the upcoming Broadway premiere of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child drops February 8 at 11 AM. The general on-sale follows a pre-sale through Ticketmaster's Verified Fan program.

No access code is required for the general release. A virtual waiting room will open at 10:30 AM at HarryPotterthePlay.com. Those who enter before 11 AM will be randomly assigned a queue number; numbers will be assigned on a first come, first served basis after 11 AM.

The two-part play begins previews March 16 prior to an official opening April 22 at the Lyric Theatre. The new release includes seats for performances from the first preview through March 10, 2019.

Based on an original story by series author J.K. Rowling, Jack Thorne, and director John Tiffany, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is presented in two parts and follows Harry Potter's youngest son Albus during his first year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
