International News Lyric Hammersmith Revival of Noises Off Sets West End Transfer Michael Frayn’s farce will return to the West End for its fourth staging, with performances to begin September 27 at the Garrick Theatre.

The Lyric Hammersmith Theatre production of Michael Frayn’s popular backstage farce Noises Off will transfer to the West End this fall, with performances beginning September 27 at The Garrick Theatre.

The revival marks the fourth time Frayn’s comedy has been produced in the West End. The play-within-a-play premiered at the Lyric Hammersmith in 1982 prior to transferring to the West End later that year.

Transferring with the production will be BAFTA Television Award nominee Meera Syal (Beautiful Thing, Absolutely Anything and The Kumars at No. 42) as Dotty Otley, Lloyd Owen (Cleaning Up, Monarch of the Glen) as Lloyd Dallas, BAFTA winner Daniel Rigby (Eric & Ernie and One Man, Two Guvnor) as Garry Lejeune, and Simon Rouse (Hangmen, Local Hero, The Bill) as Selsdon Mowbray.
