Lin-Manuel Miranda has joined the cast of Disney’s upcoming Ducktales reboot series, premiering this summer on Disney XD. The Hamilton multihyphenate will voice the role of Fenton Crackshell-Cabrera—a.k.a. Gizmoduck—a young intern for mad scientist Gyro Gearloose.

Joining Miranda in the cast are David Tennant as Scrooge McDuck, Danny Pudi, Ben Schwartz, Bobby Moynihan as the voices of Huey, Dewey and Louie, Kate Micucci as Webby Vanderquack, Beck Bennett as Launchpad McQuack, and Toks Olagundoye as Mrs. Beakley.

Executive Producer Matt Youngberg said in a statement, “Lin came to mind instantly for the role of Gizmoduck. His rapid-fire earnestness paired with his wide-eyed yet determined optimism made him the perfect person to yell ‘BLATHERING BLATHERSKITE!’”
