“Alice Ripley does such a great job with this song—she sings it beautifully, with just the right touch of menace,” composer Cinco Paul told Playbill. “It’s so wonderful when something gets performed ten times better than you ever heard in your head while writing it. Thank you, Ms. Ripley!”

The recording also features the voices of A.J. Holmes, Richard Kind, Caroline Bowman, and Matt Doyle.

Bubbly Boy, based on the 2001 film of the same name, features a book by Ken Daurio, who collaborated with Paul as writers of animated films such as the Despicable Me series, The Secret Life of Pets, and The Lorax. Performance rights for the musical are available through Dramatists Play Service.
